Hello! My name is Renee — I’m happy to share a bit about myself. I’m currently studying to become a coach, a path that reflects my passion for sports, motivation, and helping others grow. I love the idea of guiding people, supporting them through challenges, and watching them discover their strength and potential. Coaching, to me, is about more than physical training — it’s about mindset, discipline, and personal transformation.

I also absolutely love running. Whether it’s a quiet morning jog or a long-distance run that tests my endurance, running gives me a sense of freedom and peace. It helps me clear my mind, set new goals, and stay connected with myself. It’s my way of recharging and staying in tune with my body.

A big part of my life revolves around martial arts. It’s a discipline that continually teaches me resilience, focus, and respect. Through martial arts, I’ve learned how to stay grounded, push my limits, and channel my energy in a positive way. It has become both a physical practice and a source of mental clarity.

One of my biggest dreams is to visit Egypt. The country’s ancient history, timeless monuments, and stunning landscapes have always fascinated me. I dream of standing before the pyramids, exploring ancient temples, and experiencing the magic of a culture that has shaped the world for centuries.
